Day Tours and More...

Let your imagination by your guide as you decide on day trips or nights out on the town. There are so many things to do and see in Northern Arizona, you might just run out of time and have to come back again. Some of our favorite outings include:

Sedona Overview

Discover Sedona's canyons and red rock formations. Bell Rock and Oak Creek Canyon are great hiking spots, and the dramatic architecture of the Chapel of the Holy Cross is a religious experience itself. When the sun dips down below the horizon it introduces the best show in Sedona: the night sky. Be sure to see the sunset from Airport Mesa, you'll never forget it.

Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, draws nearly 5 million visitors every year. Grand Canyon National Park, which is located entirely in Arizona, spans 277 miles of the Colorado River and adjacent uplands. Your driver can take you to many of the numerous scenic outlooks along the South Rim or you may want to sign up for a dedicated tour by one of the Grand Canyon tour companies.

Once you've been to the Grand Canyon, you will want to go back again and again.

Antelope Canyon

Antelope Canyon is a slot canyon located on Navajo land east of Page, Arizona.

The canyon is divided into two parts, Upper and Lower. The Upper Canyon is the most frequently visited by tourists because its entrance and entire length are at ground level and requires no climbing. The Lower Canyon, located a few miles away, requires climbing along pre-installed ladders in certain areas. Both canyons are marvelous photographic opportunities.

Oak Creek Canyon

The ride along Oak Creek Canyon goes from Sedona (altitude ~4300 ft.) up the canyon, climbing the Mogollon Rim (a rugged escarpment extending more than 200 miles across Arizona) towards Flagstaff to over 6500 ft altitude.

The views of Sedona from above are picturesque. On the way up, don't miss Slide Rock and the several Native American jewelery opportunities, both on the way and at the top. If continuing to Flagstaff, you may want to put the telescope at the Lowell Observatory on your agenda.

Petrified Forest/Meteor Crater

East of Flagstaff there are many attractions that you won't want to miss.

They include Sunset Crater (a spectacular cinder cone volcane) located in the Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument, the mile wide Meteor Crater (Barringer Crater) farther east created by an impact over 50,000 years ago, and the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert farther on.

Wine Tours

Sophisticated, unique and relaxing wine tours in the Sedona area with emphasis on wine education. We're dedicated to seeking out family run wineries known only to locals and customizing your perfect day.

Based on your time and interests, we can organize a custom made wine tour of one or more wineries.
